Nice chairs, but assembly instructions are terrible!

Really nice, once you get them together. The first attempt was terrible, and I was about to throw it through the window, but calmed down enough to get it finished. DO NOT follow the directions to assemble the spindles! Use the screws to attach them to the seat first (loosely), then add the top hoop, rap hoop into base with mallet, carefully add the retaining slugs, and tighten the screws into them. Also, the glue they provided is OK, but unless you get the back together pretty quickly, it will be running all over the chair pieces. I left it out and the chairs are fine.
