Long-wearing and low-cost!

These are my favorite socks - for running / walking / whatever shoes. They do the job without looking "dorky". I do a lot of gardening, so my shoes get full of dirt, my socks get filthy, and they get washed a lot. But they last for several years before finally developing holes, and going to that great sock retirement home in the sky. Over the years, I've probably been through 50 pairs, and I keep buying more. You just can't beat them for low-cost, long-wearing ankle socks!
