I liked that the bowls don't move around when you're using them. Also the covers keep the food in the bowls especially the large bowl with opening. When you are making a batter it doesn't splatter all over the contents. Makes for easier clean up. Added features are the bowls to drain your veggies, fruits, etc. although I haven't used it yet. Also 3 pieces to grate, slice veggies, cheese, etc. In the large bowl which I haven't tried yet. There's also a cover to go over the hole on the large bowl.

The size is great, works for meat marination, cake mixes and the stainless steel colander is great for straining rice and fruits.
