Started out bad because even with a full bin of water it was acting like it was empty. I fiddled with it for a while without success and gave up. I let it sit overnight and when I woke up in the morning tried it again and then it worked, and has worked great since then. Grinding beans with it is super easy and clean up is easy as well.

So far so good. It's a compact design which I like because I don't have a lot of counter space. The coffee is delicious and my Keurig !$189 unit only lasted a year and made horrible coffee I will try the loose grounds when I get some and already bought of beans to try that way as well.

This coffee maker gives me all the choices I need. Being able to grind beans fresh is great. My wife needs decaf, which is easier to find ground. We both like the milk chocolate or cappuccino that comes in pods. Having one machine that does all 3 is great. Having 3 different inserts to support the 3 methods works out well. 5 size selections and grind times makes getting it just right.
