Replacement for an old model. This one is much nicer. Easier ON/OFF and the sound buttons are also easier to see. Even like the little glow light underneath. Just ordered a second one for the guest room.

I have trouble sleeping due to back pain, and this helps me get to sleep and stay asleep. It has 12 sounds to choose from, too.

This item was exactly as advertised. All the features worked perfectly and it was exactly what I wanted and needed. I have tinnitus and use it for suppression. Tried the same night I received it and had my first night of good sleep in ages. It arrived a little late, but it was worth it. I would recommend this item to anyone who has a problem with tinnitus. It really works for me.
