I ordered it as a replacement for my older one that after eight years stopped working I wanted an exact replacement but they are no longer available so I chose this one and like it very much, it's a big improvement over the one I had, I'm very happy with it. I like the easy to use volume control , I use it to go to sleep every night . it remembers all your settings just push the timer button and it plays, if you want you can change your sound settings with the push of a button it's very easy to use I would recommend it to any one

Love it! I've had this brand before but the newer one has a knob volume control, which I appreciate as I can find tube the volume I want for each particular sound. I'm finally sleeping better and getting to sleep faster thanks to the comforting back noises. Also like the battery compartment for backup when needed or for travel.

I have used a sound machine since my first child was born in 97. Would keep one in his room to drown out noise so he could sleep, and I would hear it over the baby monitor. Also 2nd child in 2002- they grew up with one in their rooms and I had one. I've went threw about 4- I bought this same kind about 3 years- still works great- I purchased another for my dachshund to go into her room while she is in her kennel at night to drown out noise. She will bark if the security cameras goes off on our phone, and if she hears us still up watching tv or talking. I for one can't sleep without it. If I have to take a work trip or we go on vacation, that is one item packed first! Love it
