Very convenient and worked well
I have only used it once so far, so I can not comment on its durability or reliability, but it was very convenient to bring with me, and it worked well to keep things at a good serving temperature. I don't know, but I suspect it works better with glass dishes. My glass dish came right out of the oven, traveled 35 minutes to my destination, and then went directly on the heating mat. Not sure how it would be if it had really cooled down. I believe it's meant to keep things warm, not warm things up. PS: You are giving Amazon a real run for its money. Good for you. Good for us!
