cotton/silk fabric blend shrinks!!

This Monterey club lady's golf shirt is the cutest flower print and the fabric feels nice. my fault i guess for not checking the tags carefully....It is half cotton half silk and shrunk two sizes in the wash. Photo is post wash on top of another ladies shirt same brand same size different fabric content
