I love the house. Very easy to put together. Very well designed and made. Stitching is great. No Gaps anywhere, solid. But would like know info on it. Are the pads heated by their body heat? Is there a certain side that faces up. Where would I be able to get the plastic inserts for the door. Can't wait to see 1 of the cat's in one. So I know they stay warm.. Thanks C J. Merricle
