Nice, solid unit.

I mistakenly purchased this brand as I got distracted and thought I was buying the Champion. That being said, this seems a really good, solid little unit. It starts well and is quit. I hope it turns out to be durable and serves me when I actually need it. I also have a huge, 13000 generator for my home and also use solar power stations which this can help charge. So far, I am happy with this purchase. Also, it arrived quickly. The time to get these is now, before we have a storm in the Gulf :-).

Delivered on time from vendor. It came with spark plug wrench, nice funnel that stayed in place and screw in tube for draining oil. Starts on second pull every time. Unit arrived well packed and undamaged. Read over the owners manual , put in oil and gas and replaced the plastic oil dipstick with a magnetic one. it fired up on the second pull. It runs very smooth and very quiet for a generator of its size. Been breaking it in by running it one hour with a light load and then changed the oil. After four times doing this the oil finally came out clean. So far very impressed with the build quality and that it has a slightly larger gas tank at 1.3 gallon. I also swapped out the torch spark plug and replaced it with a ngk. The info meter has a gas gage and a power percentage gage that shows how much power it is producing and how much more is available . So far so good. Will See how it goes long term .
