My first printer and it's AMAZING.

So this was my first printer 3D printer I've ever owned and I HAVE to say... it did NOT disappoint. watching this thing print makes my head spin, it's blazingly fast, my eyes can't keep up! the setup could absolutely not be easier, it's so simple and so straightforward, not intimidating to me at all, especially given that I'm a beginner. my only nitpick is the camera quality inside the printer, the way it runs is kinda laggy... sort of stuttery and I don't really like that, but truthfully, they delivered so well on the rest of the printer with the software, ease of use, high quality components... I can overlook the camera for sure.

too much wrong for a new printer.

I'm not quite sure if I was sent one refurbished or what but I was not sent a spool and when I connected the power supply the connector is so loose once you let go it disconnects. Not too happy with this product.
