Product arrived on time. We paid extra money for help of installation of program of $25. All I got was an email thanking me for buying their product and if I needed help click this button but I got no response. Tried ordering extra product from the company it was either out of stock Or it would not take my credit card. Keep having to reset the program each time I tried to print.

Our grandson loves it! Making get items with it. Fell out of the FedEx truck near a gas station, We were called that the station had it so went and got it. So glad it was OK.
