I LOVE this pillow. I am usually cold when I sleep. However, throughout the night, I often get hot. I like to slide my hand under this pillow because its "cool to the touch" feature is truly wonderful. It really does have a cooling effect. The pillow itself is soft and smooth. It is a medium on the scale of "squishiness". My head sinks in just enough and has a memory foam feel to it. It fits a normal pillow case (with room to spare) and is not overly big or too small. I have had this pillow for months now, and it still holds its shape and feels brand new. I want to get one for my husband too! It comes with a removable zipper case so that it can wash easily. One side is all white while the other side features a navy blue criss-cross design. The blue side is the cool side. The white side of the pillow does not have that feature. So, truly, it's a customizable pillow. I put the blue side on the bottom so that I can slide a hand underneath to stay cool if I get hot at night. Overall, I recommend this pillow. I've used so many other pillows in the past, but this one actually does what I need. I never wake up with a sore/stiff neck anymore, and it provides the perfect level of support.
