I ordered what is shown in the picture and described in the description. But what I received was a filthy pillow without the zippered cover. It has only a thin flimsy cover with elastic that only covers half of the pillow and does not stay on. The cover is filthy, and there are gouges taken out of the memory foam. it is obvious that this is a used pillow and without the zipper cover in the description and in the picture. it is dirty! Is there any way you can send me a zippered cover that I bought that did not come with the pillow? At least I could wash the cover and cover up this pillow if I had the zippered cover that I paid for. Can you please send me the zipper cover? Otherwise I am going to have to throw this away. I am disabled and do not have the time and resources to return this to you, I cannot drive. What a disgrace!

We ordered from Walmart and it came quicker than expected. We’ve had it about a month and we really like it. It’s not too firm or too soft. We haven’t had a memory foam before but we are really pleased with it.

Item is as described and I am very happy with it. I had bought one for myself and liked it so much I bought another one for a family member. We are both very happy with the pillow and the ordering process from start to finish.

The seller was fine. Shipping and handling was fine. My problem is with the smell of the pillow. It smelled terrible. I let it air out for 2 weeks and the smell still didn’t go totally away.

It’s all good, topper is so comfortable, sleep all night without having any soreness when I wake up. My husband and I love it!
