Terrific Cheese Alternative

Great for making Quesadillas or to add to a burger. Melt well. I actually used this to make a spinach and mushroom non-dairy quiche (I used almond milk instead of reguar milk) and added a tbsp of cornstarch as a thickener. Worked well also in grilled cheese sandwich.

Melts and Tastes like REAL cheese

Since I can't eat dairy, finding a substitute cheese was not easy, until I found Violife DF cheese. I love the Mexican Style Shreds Shredded Cheese as a topping for chicken nachos and and on top of my chili. It melts like real cheese and there is a difference in flavor between their various cheeses. It's the best alternative cheese I've found and I highly recommend it!

I am on a vegan diet and this is the only cheese that comes close to tasting decent and it melts! Most vegan cheeses do not. I get extra and freeze. The quality doesn't break in the freezing.
