Time and Tru Women's Flutter Sleeve Mini Dress, Sizes XS-XXXL

This is an adorable dress. I think the quality of the fabric and construction of the dress is excellent. Great value for the money. I recently purchased a top in-store and I am so impressed with the quality of women's fashions that Walmart is offering.
