Works very well as a car CD player

I haven't tried this as a SVD player, but it has solved my problem of connecting a CD player to my car stereo. It powers off of USB and has no battery to wear out. The player “remembers” where you stopped playing and picks up from that spot. Unlike other players I've tried, the output from the audio jack is sufficient to drive the speakers in my car. Best of all the sound is very good.
