I ordered a 2xl for our son, its "says" 2xl, but it was so small on him. I would have needed to order a 4xl or a 5xl in order for it to fit him. Disappointed in the size difference. It is good quality and light weight. It is NOT a flannel. It's a light weight cotton shirt.
