Will not buy again. Formula changed - now crap

I am HEART BROKEN. I wear full coverage makeup. It's the only powder I found ever worked for maintaining a matte finish. 12 years using this product. Over the last month I have discovered it to now be shiny (almost penalized on my skin and significantly different shades than what I have been using. It's clumping awfully and looks terrible. I have since learned that it's a new formula. It would have been nice if that was advertised on the packaging as I literally have over 20 of them in a discard pile tha I at first thought maybe I bought expired ones. I'll have to change up my products I guess after 13 years. Shame on you covergirl for not labeling your product changes. Such a waste of money

SO DISAPPOINTED

If I could rate this product lower than 1 star, I would. It is HORRIBLE! Changing the formula RUINED it!! It is shiny and leaves my skin feeling oily and gross within a few hours of applying. Listen to your customers and change it back! Until then, I will be using a different brand.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL new formula

So many users are reporting that we ALL hate the new formula! Did no one from Covergirl actually try this before it was distributed? As another user pointed out, by not changing the packaging to signify a change, I thought maybe I got a bad batch and continued to purchase this from different stores hoping to find the good ones again. I wasted so much money on this horrible new stuff that I've had to just toss in the trash. Please tell us that you hear us and are bringing back the original. And let us know if you do because with the same packing we will never know if you changed it back. I have tried all of the other powders by you but haven't found one that is good for me. You have lost a very loyal customer (many, many customers, I'm sure!) and I'm so disappointed. I understand that sometimes things change, but you were wrong to not change the packaging to let us know this was a different product than we were all used to. You tried to fool us but it didn't work!
