Excellent quality. I cut my finger accidentally because I didn't realize how sharp these are and was replacing dull knives. I foolishly move something near it and it cut me BADLY with little contact. So, they are VERY sharp. I was able to cut frozen and raw or fresh meat, veges, fruit etc with them with ease.

Amazing Knife Set!

I bought these knives on a price drop but knowing how good they are I would definitely buy at full price with no hesitation. They are aesthetically pleasing, they are amazingly sharp. The wooden handles appear to be good quality. They are balanced nicely. I have used each knife and I am extremely pleased with each and every one of them. My only wish looking back is that they had a holder but that is very minor with the price I paid. This brand now has my full attention!
