I actually bought these because I thought they were ceramic and because they were so inexpensive it was just what i needed. Unfortunately they were metal with ceramic coating (salad ingredients should not be cut with a metal knife for a longer shelf life). however, these turned out to be much nice than i expected so i will keep them and look for another set for my lettuce 😀

I love this knives! The color I chose complements my kitchen. These things are sharp-don’t ask me how i know HA! I have only washed them by hand, after which i dry them promptly. So I can’t speak to putting them in the dishwasher. These knives look good, work great and are totally worth the price.
