Missing order.

Haven't received it. These were clearance Xmas decorations. Got a call yesterday at 6:05 yesterday that said it was delivered. It could not ave been delivered then. I live in an eight story apartment building. The doors are not open that early. I have called customer service. Your AI stated first, that it was not eligible for refund or replacement. When I spoke to a live person they said their records indicated it had been delivered on the fifteenth. A day earlier. This is a gift. The customer service person expressed concern. Said in his experience it may not arrive until a day or two later. Since that time has already passed, he would reach out to the original company and find out from their end what's possible. I am very disappointed. I have two other pieces that go with this box. This was to be the main centerpiece for this gift. The other two were just for fun to add variety. My sister is a shut-in, and was thrilled to know these were coming. She been asking for flocked Burgundy and Cobalt ornaments for a number of years. I was delighted to find them for her. Keeping my fingers crossed. At this point, don't have much hope. As I said very disappointed. May sound silly, not live or die, it just meant a lot to her, in her little corner of the world. As always Excellent Customer Service!
