I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. This is amazing pasta! It is such high quality! I love that it is made out of organic North American grains. My family loved the unique trumpet shape, especially because it is interesting to look at, but also because it is fun to eat. The texture is so different than the typical pasta we eat, like spaghetti or penne. The instructions were simple and helpful. I loved how much better the sauce tasted with the tip to reserve a few tablespoons of pasta water to add to the sauce. This is also a good source of protein! I would definitely recommend this fabulous pasta to any foodies out there!
