Verified Purchase

The machine is ok but I bought it with the understanding that 100 Disney designs came with it. Brother seems reluctant to fulfill this. When we entered the code that came with the machine it was declined as invalid. When I called Brother they have either not returned calls or answered emails. Finally talked to someone who said they had no timeline for solving this issue. Guess the machine will be sent back.
