Hello Vicki! Thank you for your feedback. The bobbin case listed in this order is shipped in manufacturer packaging that clearly identifies the part number for the compatible machine models. If the item received was not what you needed, Walmart’s return system allows you to initiate a return directly through your Walmart account so the item can be sent back. At this time, we do not see a return request completed through Walmart for this order. If you still need assistance with the return process, Walmart’s order page will guide you through the steps to submit it. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

My order was modified without any listing stating “while supplies last” or anything of the sort. I received a call after the purchase to confirm delivery address and date and the seller was trying to convince me to cancel original purchase and repurchase through the website because of a separate sale they were running that couldn’t be found. I didn’t receive the items originally stated in the listing I had to call and email to receive help and was told my items were upgraded to “better quality” items and what they thought was suitable. Something just seems fishy but I love my machine over all. Don’t recommend this seller though. Much success to them!
