nice bed. poor quality control. areas with paint missing, obvious joints with gaps, dents etc. manufacturer says to contact them not retailer. its been 3 weeks to a month. no reply to numerous emails and messages left on phone number. no customer service from the manufacturer whatsoever. i would not purchase anything from them in the future because of this. (i feel like they are fake no one replys, just a shell to make it seem like they offer support). thankfully walmart stepped in and helped. manufacturer was terrible, do not recommend.
