Broken spout

Unfortunately this item arrived broken. The cardboard box was very thin and was mangled/ripped. The product inside was sealed, however the spout had been broken off inside the bag, so I had to go in-store to return the item for my refund. Very inconvenient. I don't recommend this item to be shipped.
