Not bad for the price - does what I need

I am loving this laptop - it does what I need. I work with a few documents but mostly am shopping online. I did forget to pull the bottom protector off until recently and now I have volume - that's the only downfall of this laptop. I came from a HD volume laptop to this, but I'm still happy with it. It occasionally freezes when it's powered up and not being used, so I have to use the Power button to shut down as nothing works - the mouse is also frozen. I'm hopping that since I removed McAfee that it fixed it - I thought I had already removed it, guess not.
