the delivery was actually never delivered to my house and then I tried to talk to four different people and get a refund and they promised me I would since the product was not delivered and I have yet to get the refund and they basically declined it through my bank as well for me not to be able to get a refund so I lost over $250 that I was trying to buy a computer that I never received for my daughter's birthday. thanks a lot

the laptop delivered was as advertised. multiple delays for delivery of the laptop by FedEx, but this was not the fault of Rumtuk. Unfortunately FedEx left the laptop on wet ground instead of on my front porch, which caused the outer box to get damaged.

I have only had this laptop for 4 full months for it to completely break on me I’ve never dropped it or anything always left it on my desk until I realized that everytime I close it something pops out to realize the entire keyboard and screen started popping out on its on to where even the charger peace is not allowing me to stick it in bc of it
