I set it up right out of the box. It is very heavy at 65 pounds and appears to be well made. It is easy to operate. It's exactly what I was looking for. I think it might have been knocked around a little during shipping because there is a loose side bar, but it's not bad enough to affect the function. I am short, so the bed is plenty long for me. The tray was easy to install, and I've used it with and without. Overall I would say it was a good value.

Great for inside winter walking

PROs: The product is well made and easy to install. I just had hip replacement surgery 2 months ago and need to walk as part of my therapy but it is way too cold to walk outside this winter. This treadmill is the perfect solution for getting my walking in so recover from hip replacement. CONs: The folks who designed this might want to. 1. SAFETY: Put the safety string to the right or left of the handlebar panel because they have the technology devices or books sitting in the middle of the handlebar panel. One interferes with the other. 2. Make the slots in the desk a little wider so our pads can fit in them.
