I bought this double pack to add to / replace my trio of XC8.0 top of the line Milwaukee batteries. ONE, YES JUST ONE 12.0 Forge battery can almost keep up with THREE XC8.0 batteries. The 12.0 really kicks my m18 tools into gear and I like the new gen cooling systems which working in Texas heat is a must. Very happy with my purchase, hopefully they hold up for a long time.

I bought these batteries because they were cheaper than all of the reputable Milwaukee dealers and assumed these would be counterfeit, but I actually found out that these have the diagnostic function that legit Milwaukee batteries have and the batteries I got from Home Depot were lacking that function. Buy these batteries for a better deal and legit batteries sold.
