Great Speaker with some punch

I tried the Alltec Lansing hydra mini 2.0 to replace a LifeJacket H20. The mini had issues staying paired and the audio was pretty lackluster in terms of volume and bass. I had used the Alltec Lansing LifeJacket H20 for years, was really happy with it so wanted to stay with this brand. This HydraMotion is great. It is very close to the LifeJacket in terms of sound quality and the bass is an upgrade. I have used it on the beach continuously and have no complaints even with sand stuck in all the speaker holes. Rained on it a couple times and was even able to continue to enjoy music on my walk back. I would highly recommend this speaker. It may not have the volume to entertain a party, but certainly is enough for around the house or at the beach. The bass has some punch, without being distorted. I listen to mainly rock and pop, so someone with a need for bass like rap or house might want an upgrade from this. I have not used the mount that it came with, but seems pretty handy too.
