Phenomenal Desktop Replacement

This laptop is a bona-fide desktop replacement. With the 5090 and Ryzen 9, it's a real powerhouse, and the 2.5K IPS screen is absolutely beautiful. I have been playing the recently released Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater at Ultra settings with absolutely no issue. The cooling is superb, which is a real surprise for a proper gaming laptop. Comparable laptops run at around 90c, which can heat up the case and keyboard to the point where your fingers get a little too warm. Not with this laptop, though. At most, it gets "warm" under load, which is absolutely exceptional. Speaking of the case itself, it's very well designed. The inside of the laptop is very smooth, which is very comfortable on the wrists when typing. Some laptops I have used have a slightly abrasive texture, which can be unpleasant. Also, despite the weight of the laptop, the case is well designed to help you keep your grip when carrying it. That peace of mind is definitely a big plus when you need to carry a pricey piece of kit like this. One last thing: It has a full-size numpad. This might not matter to a lot of users, but I do a lot of spreadsheets and it's super helpful. If you know, you know.

I went from being a consistent, decent player to dropping scores I honestly didn’t think were possible. Everything is faster, smoother, and more responsive than anything I’ve used before.
