These work great to help keep you from getting sick and provides a faster recovery if you are sick. Anytime I'm around someone who is sick, I will take these and don't catch the sickness. If I do start to feel sick, I will take some and it seems to go away pretty quickly. The pills are larger size but have a smooth outside to make them easier to take.

my husband and i have been taking irwins immunoshield for 2 years and truly believe it has kept alot of sicknesses that are out there at bay. even when we do get sick it is only mild. we will continue to take it all year long
