My couch is 2 inches wider than the product states the fit is, but it still fits like a glove. It makes my sofa look and feel better. I feel like I hit the jackpot with this couch/chair cover! I have tried so many different covers in the past. Granted, it was like a couple of decades ago, so I stopped trying because they were awful. So I did not have the highest expectation for this because of my experience.
