Was great on a rib roast, chicken is next.

Well made and easy to feel the work they put into it. To be honest I didn't have high hopes and I was going to try it on my XMass prime rib. I used crushed Garlic and Better then Bullion stock. The flavor was fantastic and texture was rear-med-rear, it melted in you mouth but the color was on the gray side. The gray color was, I believe, from the stock I injected but it was the best cheep Prime rib I EVER had. I used the 500deg x 5min per pound then 2 hours off. Great char and such a tasty roast.
