So far so good. Bought the trial pack to determine sizing. Instructions are easy and clear and there are tips on line as well. Very easy to insert, remove and adjust. It definitely makes a big difference in my breathing and less awkward looking than strips. Also strips and oily skin don't seem to go together well. Once it's in within minutes you will forget it's there. I recommend this product to anyone needing to breathe easier thru their nose. You won't be disappointed.
