I held on to my old roomba as long as possible but eventually the repair parts just weren't cost effective so I upgraded. SO glad I did! the cleaning power on this model is incredible. we have two huskies (so much fur) and dark hardwood with light colored area rugs which really messed with the sensors on the old one but this model leaves our floors near perfect every day. plus it's quiet!

Busy little cleaner

Great price for this busy little machine. Just turn on and it takes off and starts closing. Very simple, although it doesn't have mapping. For the price, it's worth it.

You get what you pay for.

This model looked very similar but lower priced than one I bought elsewhere about a year ago. I thought maybe the price dropped after newer models came out. I actually bought two—one for my daughter and one for my upstairs. After trying to use mine, I returned hers. The “mapping” feature is practically nonexistent. There's no way to label rooms for dedicated cleaning. It rarely finds its way back to the base when the battery needs charging- which is frequently. I haven't checked the bag to see if there's any dirt in it but I have observed the Roomba passing over small pieces of trash without picking them up.
