These are very light weight, I thought they weren't black out. My wife is very happy with them. From the teal color flowers to the material. We use them on a large window to block the light from shinning on our TV screen. Works great. Actually she ordered 2 pairs of drapes, this is the third pair. She wants them to be fuller. Very nice drapes I will recommend them.
