Failed - didn't work after less than 10 minutes

After looking over the supply and performing some quick tests, I thought it was a very well built device. However, within 5 minutes of use, the one's digit on both the voltage and current stopped working. It is just a display issue, because you can still set the voltage and current. But this could have been detected if there was any quality control, e.g. burn-in testing.
