I purchased four of these for my utility trailer, all four had holes right in the top of the box, one was missing the bearings, so obviously I returned that one, all four had debris from the damaged box inside the bore where the bearings set, I spent 70 extra bucks and went and bought the one I had to return from my local trailer dealer, my advice spend the extra money and buy them locally, no issues from the one that I bought from my local Trailer dealer, it was pre-greased way better as well!
