Easy to build. Instructions are pretty clear and everything is labeled. My 6year old daughter loves it! I’m experienced in putting stuff together. I like to take my time. This took me around 1.5 hours to build with 5 kids in the house trying to get my attention here and there. Sturdy but not as tall I thought it would be. Bottom (base) is wood and the top (hutch) is hard plastic. Worth the 99 bucks. Comes with a few kitchen items, pots, pan, utensils.
