Works

It works. I can hear it work, small click when it does it's thing. The screens on my computer no longer flicker when someone else vacuums on the same power circuit.

Excellent for the price - for what it is.

I bought two of these - both for pc's in my house with dirty power. The house is old and is admittedly at the end of the power 'food chain' for the system (19 mi from nearest substation per power lineman). There is an industrial plant several miles up the road on the same power system as we are, and the electricity "bounces" all over the place. These keep it within nominal range. I use them in front of UPS power, and I set the UPS to monitor the input voltage at all times. I can tell what the incoming voltage is at a glance. Thanks APC.

For faulty wiring

Great for situations where building wiring is not reliable or is "dirty". Condition the line as it comes into the building or office.
