Verified Purchase

Delivery to the correct address was such a big issue. Despite the update of my address in Walmart system, the order tracking system kept telling me it was being shipped my address. At the end, I had to call usps to ask them the item to be forwarded to my current address. The system sucks. The merchant who shipped the item in CA never confirmed to me whether they used the correct address. In fact, they were to get back to me in 48 hours, the time in which the dispatch of their packages would have been over for USPS delivery. The customer service at Walmart couldn't give the the status, either. What a total disaster!
