At first I was confused on installation but once once I got the slope it was smooth sailing. I put this in a utility room on the first floor instead of the basement and I'm very pleased I did. Hot water arrives quickly and with good pressure. I wouldn't suggest using it to wash dishes and shower. It does have great pressure for showers. I really like high pressure showers.

Not as expected but it works.

We installed it in the kitchen where the old tank use to be so it works great out there. The bathroom is at the other end of the house and it takes longer for the cold water to get there and when taking a shower, I have to leave the water on constantly to keep it warm while I'm shampooing my hair or it gets cold again when I'm ready to rinse.
