I've never owned a Dutch oven before, but I've been needing one for years to try my hand at things like osso bucco. I absolutely love this Dutch oven! It's the perfect size, and hopefully I can get enough nerve to make my own sourdough bread. The Dutch oven is beautiful in the cobalt blue that I selected. It heats evenly, washes well, and you don't have to spend hundreds! This Dutch oven is at the perfect price point. So far, so good!

I love everything about this Bobby Flay dutch oven.It cleans very nicely and looks brand new after every cleaning. It cooks various dishes for example you can roast a whole chicken in this dutch oven. I recommend avocado oil because it has a high smoke pot if your cooking it in the oven.
