Assembly was not such a daunting task after all. I'm late 60's disabled Vet. and was able to complete assembly in 45 min or so. They supplied the necessary fasteners and allen wrench. with my injury I need to use (things) as add-on legs and arms at times. Not a big deal here really. The seat seems to be short to me, I feel as if I could slide off the front of the cushion, but this has a heated massager at the base of the lumbar and I did not account for that taking up space, again I can work with it. This chair is covered in PU leather, the previous wasa cloth, so glad to be rid of that dust collector and have this easy maintenance covering. The chair arms are adjustable per the product assembly manual. They are short for me and the left arm tends to push away from the chair when I am arising. That's an accident waiting to happen if it continues over time as the chair is rated for 440lbs. The casters operate freely and I using the unit in carpet as well. This isn't a gamer chair but it has some realistic 'bells %26 whistles' for anybody of any age that need therapeutics and forced to sit for hours at a time. And of course what could go wrong after spending 45 minutes to assemble this chair, when you plug in the electric for the massager and heater, they don't work. No worries here, they worked first time, every time and the heating option when set on high does deliver a fair sense of warmth. The cost of assembly is between $50-$80 by WMT. That measured against 45 minutes, (my time to assemble could be cut by 25% with a younger, experienced assembler. If you can, try to do it yourself, hold on to your money, Christmas is coming!
