Bad Description?

The items were ok. It would have been great to get what I expected which was 36 - 4x t-shirts. But I received 12 - 4x, 12 - large and 12 - small. When I ordered the option said 4x so I thought I was getting all 4x. For $100 I should get what I wanted not the mixed bag of 36 which was the other option. I would not have placed the order otherwise and now the seller is not responding to my inquiries so I am making this review. I run and retail shop and ship for sales online as well so I don't know if the description needs to be more clear or what but I am not happy. Poor communication and poor description = poor customer service. Returning it is tedious. So I guess I have to make due.
