Purchased for my son's dorm and he is average size 5"10 160 lbs. Im not sure this chair would support 180 lbs or above. Overall we arevplesed with purchase.

This chair is perfect for our needs. Only thing is we need a pillow on the bar/ frame of the ottoman so it doesn't hurt our leg when our feet on the ottoman. But easy fix . We like the white color too.
