Easy assembly and setup. Very sturdy. Spacious underneath for desk and another small dresser. Only dislike is ladder positioning and completely boxed in with no opening at ladder area…have to climb over bars to get to ladder!!! All in all great purchase.

Easy assembly, Perfect loft height
Im 8 months pregnant and assembled it alone. If you use a drill with allen wrench attachments it can be done very quickly. I finished it in about 2 hrs. The bottom area is for my 2 year old and top for my 13 year old. It even fit an xL twin blow up on top (Its there as storage during the day while we wait for a twin to arrive). The bottom area fit a twin japanease floor mattress and her toys. Overall great purchase. Perfect height.
