Coarse shred is better for some uses

I tasted this right out of the bag and liked the flavor and texture more than fine shreds. Using this to make bacon and cheese burgers made with ground pork and turkey. I'm also trying out my new 'Prep solutions' brand burger press which is the cheapest but very serviceable press from Walmart. I think the coarse shred will work better to make little flavor pockets in my burgers.
